BEAUTY HAIR with natural care

Hair are part of our body that important for men or women. No one dislike their hair. We always do to care our hair as good as possible we can. People with thick hair and dark color will good in look. But the healthy hair is must be beauty. Most beauty hair are healthy but some they have a problem such as dandruff, or head skin problem that we can't see. This will make they still looking good but not longer if they didn't caring or treating with the problems. Did you feeling your hair has been your garden? They need nutrition and caring very-very simple and naturally. Our hair is a garden alive.

Tips for Healthy Hair
It is a big mistake if we overwash our hair, even with the best shampoo. If we used shampoo too often, it will tend to dry our hair and wash away important natural oils.
Here are some tips for your daily routine :
  • Eat healthy foods for your skin and hair. The same good diet you eat for glowing skin will feed the garden of our hair.
  • Use only gentle non-detergent based shampoo. Wash hair only 0nce or twice per week.
  • You can keep two or three favorite shampoos and rotate them if need it.
  • Condition your hair monthly .
  • Massage the scalp throughly every few day, or at least once weekly. A good scalp/hair massage can be almost as sensuous as a full-body massage, yet no special skills are needed.
  • Brush as often and as long as you can each day. Be sure that your brush is kept clean; a good rule to follow is to wash your brush each time you wash your hair.
